We run a platform that helps crewmembers make extra bucks on their days off and assists companies in hiring competent personnel. We hope for users to have a pleasant experience, and to ensure that happens, we are writing these Terms and Conditions.
They are a legally binding contract between Riverbank Professionals (“us,” “we,” “ours,” and “Website”) and the user (“you” and “yours”). Therefore, please take a few moments to read them thoroughly. Your continued usage of the Website constitutes your agreement with the Terms and Conditions.
Those who do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions may not proceed further.
Section 1 – Age Restrictions
By browsing, using, or accessing this Website, you represent that you are a minor, i.e., 18 years old. Riverbank Professionals is not intended for minors, nor do we knowingly collect information from them. If you are below 18 years old, you may not use the Website for any purpose without being in the presence of a guardian.
If you are a parent or a guardian and believe a minor has submitted information on this Website, get in touch with us immediately by sending a message to rvrbnkpro@gmail.com. After investigating the matter, we will permanently delete the details from our database.

By reading these Terms and Conditions, you agree to provide original, updated, and error-free information. If you impersonate another crewmember or company, it will result in the termination of your account.
Section 4 – Account Information
If you represent a company, we will send you a Special Login through which you can browse and employ captains, tankermen, and deckhands. On the other hand, Crewmembers will have to create and maintain an account.
After successfully creating an account, keep the login information to yourself. You may only share it with friends or family if they are doing so under your supervision. If you disclose your details and your data is compromised, we will not be held responsible for the damages or losses you incur.
Moreover, if your account is associated with suspicious activities, we may temporarily suspend or permanently delete your account.
Section 5 – Third-Party Links
On this Website, you will find links to third parties. They are placed for your convenience, and their inclusion does not necessarily mean our endorsement. Before visiting those links, familiarize yourself with the websites’ terms and conditions.
By reading these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge not to hold Riverbank Professionals responsible for any damages incurred as a result of visiting the third-party links on our Website.

By reading these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge not to use the Website for:

- Transmitting viruses that interfere with other users’ experience

The email must be accompanied by the following documents with your e-sign:
- Your name and email address
- Screenshot of the content (image, video, or text) you claim is yours
- Legal proof that corroborates your ownership claim of the content
- Written letter by a legal court stating the nature of your dispute
If one or more than one of the above-mentioned documents is missing from your email, we reserve the right to reject your copyright violation claim.
Important: We do not own the content provided by crewmembers and companies, such as logos, photos, and CVs. This section is only applicable to the material that we, Riverbank Professionals, place on our Website.
Section 8 – Miscellaneous
- The crewmembers and companies will have to sign a 5-year contract. Those signing agreements outside our Website or App will incur fines and legal damages.
- Upon mutual agreement, we reserve the right to post a company’s logo on our Website and App.
- The rates/quotes/fees charged by crewmembers and companies are subject to change.
- Riverbank Professionals is a 1099 Company (we employ individuals on a contract basis); we do not deal with W-2 Employees (we do not provide hourly wages or annual salaries to those who use our platform).
- Riverbank Professionals will not be held responsible for the damages or incidents caused by the crewmembers. The companies that hire the personnel will be liable to pay fines and legal fees.
- Companies that hire crewmembers using our platform will be responsible for paying their transportation fees, such as a plane, rental car, crew boat, etc.
Section 9 – Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at our own will and may or may not inform you of the changes beforehand. This page will always have the updated version of the Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to read them as frequently as possible.
