At Riverbank Professionals, we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users, especially children. We strictly adhere to Google’s Child Safety Standards, as well as all applicable child safety laws and regulations.
1. Age Restrictions
Our app is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal information from children under 18.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) & Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Riverbank Professionals has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to preventing the distribution and promotion of such content on our platform.
3. Content Moderation & Safety
We implement strict content moderation policies to prevent harmful or inappropriate material from appearing on our platform, including but not limited to CSAE/CSAM. Any violations will result in:
- Immediate content removal
- Account suspension
- Further investigation, which may lead to reporting to law enforcement
4. Data Privacy & Protection
We do not collect or store personal information from minors. Any data collected from our users is securely stored and used only for necessary app functionality, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Users can report any suspicious or harmful activity, including CSAE/CSAM, through:
- In-App Reporting System: Users can submit concerns directly via the app’s “Report” feature.
- Email: Reports can also be sent to admin@riverbankpro.com.
All reports are reviewed promptly by our dedicated moderation team, and we aim to respond within 24 hours.
6. Reporting to Authorities
Upon confirmation of any CSAM, we will immediately report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority in compliance with applicable laws.
7. Parental Guidance & Education
We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s online activity and educate them about digital safety.
8. User Feedback & Safety Improvements
Riverbank Professionals provides an easily accessible, in-app mechanism for users to submit general feedback, separate from the reporting system. We continuously use this feedback to enhance platform safety.
